  • Mutual Non-Disclosure. Substantive conversation begins after a mutual NDA is in place. Synnytra protects its work as carefully as we expect counterparties to protect theirs.
  • Capabilities Review. Detailed capabilities, architecture, and deployment posture are reviewed in confidence. Counterparties bring their use case, regulatory frame, and procurement constraints.
  • Engagement Definition. If alignment is established, a defined engagement is structured โ€” pilot, integration, advisory, or full deployment.
  • Delivery. Synnytra delivers under formal agreement, with the audit posture and confidentiality standards the institutional context requires.
